What OnlyFresherHire is

OnlyFresherHire (also written Only Fresher Hire, and abbreviated OFH) is an Indian hiring platform that lists only entry-level roles requiring 0–2 years of experience.

That single constraint is the whole idea. On a general job board, a fresher applying to an "entry-level" posting is filtered out against candidates with five or ten years behind them, usually before a recruiter opens the profile. Removing experienced candidates from the pool entirely is the only reliable way to stop that happening.

Our consultants have worked inside large Indian BFSI organisations, and understand what it takes for a fresher to start adding real value to a team.

Who it is for

• Fresh graduates from the 2025 and 2026 batches — and anyone else within their first two years of work.
• Employers hiring at entry level who want a pool that is fresher-only by construction rather than by filter.

It is free for candidates. There is no charge to create a profile, apply, or use the training tracks.

• Behavioural assessment — structured signals employers can compare, which matters more when nobody in the pool has a work history to compare.
• SkillUp tracks — free training for candidates whose target role needs a skill they do not yet have.
• Career mapping — for candidates who do not yet know which roles their degree opens, a guided route from education background to job family to specific role.
