By accessing or using OnlyFresherHire ("Service"), operated by OnlyFresherHire ("we," "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

OnlyFresherHire is a job platform connecting fresh graduates ("Candidates") with employers and HR recruiters ("Recruiters"). The Service includes a website and mobile applications that enable job posting, job searching, application management, skill matching, and career preparation tools.

3. User Accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
• You must provide accurate and complete registration information
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. User Types

Candidates: May create profiles, browse jobs, apply to positions, and use career preparation tools. Candidates must provide truthful information about their qualifications and experience.

Recruiters: May post job listings, review applications, and manage hiring pipelines. Recruiters must post legitimate job opportunities and comply with all applicable employment laws.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Post discriminatory job listings
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to access the Service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Post spam or unsolicited commercial content
• Impersonate another person or entity

6. Content & Intellectual Property

• You retain ownership of content you submit (resumes, profiles, job postings)
• By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display and distribute it within the Service
• The OnlyFresherHire brand, logo, and platform design are our intellectual property
• You may not copy, modify, or distribute our proprietary content

7. Job Listings

• Recruiters are solely responsible for the accuracy of job listings
• We do not guarantee the validity or legitimacy of any job posting
• We reserve the right to remove job listings that violate our policies
• Candidates should exercise their own judgment when applying to positions

8. Fees & Payments

OnlyFresherHire may offer free and paid subscription plans. Details of pricing are available on our website. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

9. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OnlyFresherHire shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of employment opportunities, loss of data, or loss of profits.

• You may delete your account at any time
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms
• Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately
• Data retention after termination is governed by our Privacy Policy

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notification.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Pune, Maharashtra, India.
