Go to HR Dashboard → Jobs and click "Post New Job". Enter the job title and click "Generate JD" — our AI auto-fills the description, requirements, benefits, required skills, and application deadline in seconds. Edit as needed, then publish.

Each application moves through: Screening → Shortlisted → Interview Scheduled → Interview Completed → Offer Extended → Hired. Each stage has scoring (0–100%), recommendation cards (Hire / Next Round / Hold / Reject), notes, and team comments. The AI behavioral assessment is shown in the dedicated AI tab alongside your team evaluations.

Every candidate completes a 6-scenario behavioral test before submitting their application. It measures Integrity, Stress Handling, Attitude, Teamwork, Ethics, and Resilience. In the Candidate Evaluation page, click the AI tab to see the full behavioral report: overall readiness %, trait bars, strengths, concerns, and AI recommendation (Strong Hire / Hire with Dev Plan / Hold / Not Recommended).

In the Candidate Evaluation page, click the Team tab → Invite to add a team member by email. Set their role (Technical / HR / Hiring Manager). Use the Assign to dropdown in each pipeline stage to assign that round to a specific team member, or click Auto-Assign to distribute automatically.

Yes — every status change triggers an in-app notification and a WhatsApp message to the candidate. For Interview Scheduled status, they receive a calendar card with date, time, meeting link, and a Join Meeting button.
