We are looking for an energetic, social-media-savvy US Healthcare Recruiter to join our fast-growing recruitment team. In this role, you will connect with US-based healthcare professionals and leverage modern sourcing channels to build strong talent pipelines. What You’ll Do Connect & Pitch: Engage with healthcare candidates (Nurses, Allied Health, Physicians) across the US via phone, email, and direct messages. Social Media Sourcing: Utilize LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and other social platforms to identify and attract top talent. Screening: Conduct initial phone screenings to evaluate candidate qualifications, availability, and communication fit. Pipeline Management: Build and maintain an active database of qualified healthcare candidates. What We’re Looking For Education: Any Bachelor's degree / High school diploma. Experience: 0 to 1 year of experience in recruitment, customer service, or client-facing roles. Fluency in English: Outstanding verbal and written English communication skills (US accent comprehension is a plus). Social Media Savvy: High proficiency in navigating LinkedIn, Facebook groups, Instagram, and job boards. Flexibility: Comfortable working in US Night Shifts. Drive: High energy, quick learner, and goal-oriented mindset.
