As we continue to grow, we are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team and gain hands-on experience in Talent Acquisition and HR Operations. Role Description This is a Remote Internship opportunity for an HR Intern at SecureKloud Infosolutions. As an HR Intern, you will support the Human Resources team in recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and day-to-day HR operations. You will gain practical exposure to the complete recruitment lifecycle while working closely with hiring managers and candidates. This internship is ideal for students or recent graduates looking to build a career in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, or HR Operations. Key Responsibilities Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews. Coordinate interview processes with candidates and hiring managers. Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers. Support employee onboarding documentation and joining formalities. Assist in maintaining HR records and employee documentation. Coordinate with internal teams for hiring and onboarding activities. Support employee engagement initiatives and HR events. Draft job descriptions and post openings on job portals and social media platforms. Screen resumes and conduct initial HR discussions with candidates. Assist in preparing offer letters and other HR-related documentation. Support HR operations and identify opportunities for process improvement. Perform additional HR and administrative tasks as assigned. Qualifications Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, Psychology, or a related field. MBA (HR) students and fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Good interpersonal and organizational skills. Basic understanding of recruitment and HR processes. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace. Ability to work independently in a remote environment. Eagerness to learn, take initiative, and adapt to a fast-paced work environment. Attention to detail and strong time-management skills.
